The pharmacy staff for the most part are okay. I have had unpleasant encounters with some. There has been a time when one of the male pharmacist's actually hung up in my face. I wish I could find a better pharmacy and transfer my meds. They are slow, terrible delays on prescriptions. The guy pharmacist simply said there are 100's of medication requests so get over it. UGH! Very rude.

Repeated attempts to contact pharmacy (5 in one day), only answered once over 8 hours of calling, then they immediately put me on hold and NEVER picked up the call again. Been with them for over 5 years, but within the past year, it's been progressively bad.

The customer service at this location is very inconsistent along with order accuracy ( I called and asked if my refills were ready and was told yes, when I arrived it had not even been started and they didn’t even have the full order available. However, it seems to be located in a good location and wait times is typically short.

I am a provider and tried to call in a prescription for 2 days. Day one I left a message on the pharmacy line, my patient went in to pick it up and the staff said they didn't have my message. Day 2 I attempted to call them and speak to a pharmacist, I called 5 times, was bounced to voicemail each time. Then I called the store and asked the operator to connect me, he said he could not because of hippa (connecting me to the pharmacy is not a hippa violation), then I asked if he could overhead them, after being on hold he said they weren't calling him back either. He said all I can do is keep calling. It took 4 more tries to get someone to answer the phone. Meanwhile my patient had to wait 2 days unnecessarily for a prescription. If I could give a half a star I would.

Male pharmacist is a complete jerk. I spent 4 months trying to get my insurance straight. They were supposed to send prior authorizations to my doctor offices. My one doctor didn't get the paperwork until May. I turned in a prescription for 45-1hr. It wasn't ready three hours later. The female pharmacist is nice and so is one of the male aides. It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to press the call button to get any service. No one knows this so all the cars just sit there in the drive-thru. I got lucky a lady got out of her car to tell me. This store owes me almost $400 is screwed up insurance. All they had to do was send my doctors the paperwork. I called today to refill my prescriptions. I got hung up on. I called back and the phone just kept ringing for ten minutes. I finally said screw it and put my info through to CVS. I had no problems. My insurance worked and my prescriptions were ready. I have been a teacher for 6 years and have been on the same medications. My insurance is awesome and I never had an issue until I went to Kroger.
