RX3 Compounding Pharmacy

Being in the medical field for over a decade I've seen my fair share of pharmacies. The good and the bad, with that being said RX3 is my #1 choice in the Richmond area!!! The facility is ALWAYS kept so clean, organized and most importantly very welcoming staff. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and happy to help. To have a PHARMACIST walk me around the facility and explain what the best choices are to fit my needs and not rush me is so unheard of nowadays. Thank you RX3!

This pharmacy offers mail order for their prescriptions. I took advantage of this service due to not being able to drive since having surgery and asking someone to drive 45 minutes to pickup my prescription seemed unreasonable to ask. I paid for my prescription and due to COVID-19, their promotion at the time was free shipping. My prescription is one that I cannot be without and I was told they would have it to me in a few days which would have worked out perfectly! Days went by and no prescription. I was told because of Covid, some post office’s are still experiencing delays and give it a few more days for the prescription to arrive. More time passes, still no prescription so I call RX3 again. This time I’m told it was delivered and was provided with a tracking number to follow up with postal services, also at this point it was out of their hands and a credit could not be offered back to my account. I called the post office, they could not confirm delivery. So where is my prescription I paid for? About a week later, the package from RX3 arrived opened, empty, and with a receipt. I guess I figured out what finally happened to my prescription that as of today I’ve been without for 3 weeks now. I must say I’m pretty disappointed in RX3, their customer service team did nothing to try and fix this. I wasn’t offered a new prescription at the same cost, a refund, nothing! When I respectfully and politely told them I was disappointed in their service and would not return unless they had a quick resolution, I was left with silence. This is certainly not a company I want to give my business to nor will I be recommending any of my patients or family going there.

Very disorganized. Employees are not instructed properly by pharmacist when he communicates to customers about there prescription for pickup. Will definitely find a new compounding pharmacy.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and the customer service is excellent! I've had to have two urgent medications compounded for our cat (one being for seizures) and they processed them so quickly. I called other compounding pharmacies in Richmond and they wouldn't even call me back, meanwhile RX3 had them processed and ready for pick-up the same day. I'll never use another pharmacy except for RX3.
