Bremo Pharmacy

I've had numerous issues since transferring my prescriptions here. I chose Bremo for better customer service and more personalized care than my current chain pharmacy. The biggest issue I've encountered is with my lamotrigine. When this drug is titrated up too quickly or abruptly stopped it can cause a fatal condition. My NP sent over my prescriptions. A few days later I called because I hadn't received them (I use delivery). They had been put on hold but no reason was given as to why. The person I talked to said they would be filled and delivered the next day. I didn't realize the pharmacy closes early on Saturday and by the time I had gotten back in town and realized they weren't delivered they had already closed. So Monday rolls around and I call to check up on it. I've been off of my medication for 5 days by now. Turns out the person I talked to Friday had not filled the prescriptions and that's why they weren't delivered. I asked to speak to a manager at this point. Thankfully I did because the first person was going to just fill it. The manager was the one who realized they couldn't just restart me on that high dose (300mg). After conferring with my NP it was determined I needed to start back over at 25mg. It's been almost 3 months at this point and I'm only at 150mg.nToday I called because again I haven't received my new prescriptions (my NP does not do refills, she sends a new Rx every month). They say they haven't received those prescriptions. I know for a fact that they were sent over Tuesday because I watched her send them electronically.nSo, I will be transferring my Rx elsewhere at this point. I'm really disappointed. I had such high hopes for a better experience but my issues at Bremo have far exceeded the issues I was having at my chain store.

The staff here was wonderful. They were so helpful and friendly. We went here for our COVID vaccination and were so impressed. We recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Patty was especially wonderful and made us feel so welcome. We love Bremo!

I have been a client of Ideal Protein since January 2021. I love it, I could not ask for a better more knowledgeable coach. Great success starts with motivation, encouragement and knowledge. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Earlier, this morning, my Wife and I, went to Bremo Pharmacy so that I could receive my first Corvid-19 vaccination. I am 79 and, for five weeks, I had been trying to get our vaccinations without any success. I contacted every Government web site along with every local pharmacy, and received not the first response. Then, a friend told me about Bremo Pharmacy which I had never heard of. So, I contacted them and registered both of us. A couple days ago I received notification that I had been given a appointment but my wife had not been included. When getting ready to leave for my appointment I asked my wife to go with me hoping she would be able to get her shot. When we arrived at the Pharmacy and as I was filling out the paperwork, I asked if it would be possible for her to get her vaccination. The lady said she would check and, shortly, came back and said they would be happy to include her. So, after 5 weeks of trying to get our vaccinations without any success, Bremo Pharmacy came through and gave us our vaccinations. The Staff and, service, was absolutely outstanding. I have informed several friends who, like us, have had problems getting their vaccinations, about Bremo Pharmacy and what outstanding service we've had, so that they could get theirs too. Thank you, again Bremo Pharmacy, for your outstanding service.

Went for my covid shot yesterday. What a wonderful and caring staff. Facility was clean, parking was easy and the staff moved everyone through quickly. They explained the process and any questions that I may have had. Kudos to Bremo!
