The absolute sweetest lady answered the phone so I could pick up my books curbside. As this was my first time doing this, I wasn't prepared having my card ready and such. She was deluggtfuland sweet and told me to take my time and she thanked me and and told me to have a wonderful night. She was also quite speedy getting my books and back to the phone. I wish everyone had this girls great attitude. Thanks. I wish I had caught her name.

This library is simply amazing. It provides an atmosphere that is conducive of learning. The staff is extremely helpful without hovering. The library is always clean, warm, and inviting.

One of the best libraries around Richmond! This Henrico library features a stylish new building with a modern design. Super clean.. Lots of natural light on the interior. Extensive catalog. Books are all practically brand new. Lots of new technology including a 3-D printer (plus classes on how to use it). Friendly staff. What's not to love?nPlease like this review :)

beautiful building and great children's section. I bring my granddaughter often and she loves it. Great selection of materials as well - lots of DVDs.

Very nice library. First the architectural design is really nice. This library is very similar in design to the Varina library that was built a few years ago. Also like the Varina library this one has a variety of meeting rooms and educational rooms. On the first floor is a really nice reading area that looks like it has a fireplace (it wasn't on so I assume that's what it was). The second floor has a variety of rooms and a few places where you can overlook the floor below. The outside of the building has a variety of landscaping and some seating as well. The parking lot has plenty of space and this library is easy to get to from 64 or 295. Overall a very nice library.
