Good staff great cooks. The presentation is good and they get your order right and make your steak how you want it when it gets to you. Great place all around
Food was prepared very well. Staff was friendly. There was an error in my order and the correction was made appropriately and to my satisfaction. They did a great job.
Good food for a good price, wasn't busy at all and was very clean and covid safe. Our waiter McQueen was excellent and took great care of us.
The service was great as well as the food. We really enjoyed it and will go back.
This is for the Norton store. Food was great as always which is the only reason i gave two stars. I know it is not the servers fault but we were told that our party of 7 would be accomadated. After a 30 min wait we were seated at a table for 6 so we pulled up a chair for the 7th person. (That makes sense)Then told due to the firemarshall we could not use that chair. (Understandable) there was a table that could seat 8 that was not being used and told because of covid we could not sit there. (Not understandable) so we asked what we should do and the only suggestion given was to seperate the party. 2 of our party had to sit at a table across the isle which defeated the purpose of a party of seven. We would have went to another place but we were hungry and already waited to eat so we stayed. Because of the bad management of how to accomadate a larger party is the reason for the bad review it was no ones fault but management the servers have to follow what they are taught. If you cant seat a large party together then say so that would be more pleasant than being lied to in hopes of not losing money. because at the end of the day i will not be back and neither will the others in the party. We do not like being lied to. End rant.
