Very pleased with how they honored my uncles wishes, the director was amazing and respectful. He made every one feel comforted and at peace. Even said a prayer for our travels back to Ga. I respect that director and his kind personality and everything went perfect
Never again will my family use this funeral home. Our family member, and our family was highly disrespected. They were unprofessional, and very disorganized and lack compassion and empathy. Never will they be used in our family again. If you chose to use them, I pray that your experience is better than ours was.
My family and I are very pleased with the service, sympathy, and respect we were shown by Province Funeral Home. The new Director, John Britton was extremely kind and helpful, as was all of the staff. The facility was clean and nice.
My family initially stopped in to make plans for our uncle’s imminent passing. We are not locals so this was the only funeral home we initially saw. From the first walk in the door, we were appalled. The facility was filthy. The office reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff was extremely unprofessional. Needless to say, we left and utilized another facility. Horrible experience.
