First off, the food is delicious. You get in and out in no time.
I wish I could give a “0”! The customer service is by far the worst. Typically, there are two women at the front, the tall Indian women is nasty toward any race other than hers. She will see you standing there and will not offer her assistance at all. With attitudes like that... no wonder why this location has had its share of crime! Treat your customers with respect and dignity because without us there is no “ Raceway”! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!
Convenient when heading down south, but bathroom is filthy lines are long and staff is slow.
The owner and his wife are rude the one I believe is their daughter she is rude the Puerto Rican girl that works in the chicken place inside Raceway is rude the only. The only cashier who is friendly is the girl that works the night shift ..i stopped going in there spending my money for rude disrespectful service ..
The man at the till ignored me while ringing up my items and continued to talk to someone else in Spanish. When the debit machine did not recognize my card, he tried to take my debit card from my hands and treated me as if I was too stupid to operate a debit machine. When I wouldn't hand him my debit card, he hid the items I wanted to purchase behind the desk. I was stunned and left momentarily, but then I returned to confront him. The other man who was working with him gave a somewhat backhanded apology for him, but he refused to apologize. I believe the first man was extremely sexist because he treated me as a female very poorly and I can't imagine him trying to treat a man with the same disrespect. I will pay a few cents more per gallon at another gas station to never go here again.
