I have to say one of the best wawa in Richmond every one here are always nice helpful food is great lines move quick and store has a little of everything and is clean

Hate to give a one star but there were 2 customers in the store with no masks on and no one asked them to put any on PLUS there was an employee making food with only a face shield on and no mask whatsoever. A face shield isn't going to do anything to protect customers from getting infected food it only protects the wearer. This is unacceptable behavior for a food business and we almost returned our food except that another employee who WAS wearing a mask prepared it. Please do something about this it is completely unsafe.

At least 4 customer with no mask on and no employees were enforcing mask policy, very unsafe in a place that makes fresh food and drinks UPDATE: a customer walked behind the plastic guard to talk to the employee while my drink was being made with no mask on and I asked for a refund immediately

I ordered food and put in Special order in staff refused to make it how I paid for it, I asked to speak to manager and (Megan) comes and I explain that I order food accidentally skipped over the toast button, and the food handler told me she wasn’t making it until I reordered it the right way I didn’t have time to reorder let alone have time to go in and out the store multiple times and went through multiple manager to be “walking back out the store a satisfied and guaranteed to come back customer”. They gave me the upmost horrible experience and was very rude and very unapologetic for service. I even talk to store manager to handle situation correctly and still couldn’t handle the situation I end up getting Raw Food in the process from store manager ( Megan) after explaining I jus wanted bread toasted, very disrespected by staff(Ali) food handler, Store manager (Megan) refused to talk to come back out and talk to me after asking staff to get her, manager (Pam) was the person who refunded me and gave names of staff after being asked multiple times, when checking out I was never asked for receipt from cashier. Had to ask Pam multiple time for receipt. I still have videos of most of conversations when I went back in the store multiple times in order to get some type of accommodation. I really do feel this was Discrimination because the store manager (Megan) who I originally talked to refused to come back out and speak to me. So with that being said Wawa your service was NOT UP TO THAT CODE HANDBOOK. I will be looking forward to call or something if not I will take higher very sad that you have people working for your company thats not really bout customer service!! this isn’t my first encounter with very rude staff!!
