I despise this place. Always on lockdown. Can barely get someone to be halfway decent to you.

Yes I do realize it's a prison but some people treat animals better than these people are treated there

I agree with the other review. They treat the visitors like inmates. The guy at the front desk is rude and doesn't care. They don't treat people fairly and the customer service is extremely poor. I did have a nice encounter with 2 or 3 officers and told them how I felt. I'm lucky to have gotten to visit bc they make it extremely difficult. I have nothing good to say about it. But I will comply to visit my friend. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet.
