Gail Orr is our Tax preparer. There has never been any doubt that she understands all the tax laws and not only knows how to help us get the most from our filing but also walks through with us what we can do to help us pay less or get more back - whatever the case may be. I have all the confidence in the world in her. She is very professional while at the same time makes you feel very much at ease as we go through the process.

I felt comfortable with Derrick Weatherbee, he made me feel like i could ask him anything and it would not be a stupid question. I had trouble with the online virtual which i started doing my taxes on. Then I went into the office and he made sure to get me right in and finish the process right there with me. That is what I call excellent customer service.
