New staff so slow, takes forever in drive through, need more training on acting efficiently

Unbelievable branch. I’ve been a Zions customer for 29 years and I’m closing it all down because of this specific branch. They enforce made up policies that other branches do not. They have a rude female manager who speaks very elementary English and is condescending in her communication. They goof around and don’t get to the drive thru quickly. I could go on and on. Don’t do Zions. They are Utah’s pretend bank.
People are great! Bank it’s self is horrible. Had nothing but problems as soon as I opened it and there was nothing the people who work there could do because of the systems and processes. I have Chase and USAA and have never had the problems I had with Zions.
This place wouldn’t honor a check written on their bank and wanted to charge me for cashing it. I got a reimbursement check from my employer and wanted to cash it so I went to the bank it was drawn on, Zions. They said since it was over $50 they could NOT do it without charging me. Worst lousy policy I can imagine from a bank to refuse to honor a check their customer had written. BTW the check was from a large government entity so it was not like the check was likely to be no good. I stopped banking with these guys years ago and I remember why.
