Dr Cook is absolutely amazing ! He listens to you and really assess what needs to be done. He doesn’t come in write me a script and leave . It’s so nice to have a Dr who cares about their patience and not just billing insurance. Also THE LADIES THERE ARE AMAZING ! THey are sweet caring and accommodating. Finally ... a Dr who truly cares YAY !

I have been a patient of Dr. Cook for well over fifteen years. He is professional and has an excellent bedside manner. I really like the fact that he takes the time to explain everything to ensure you completely understand and feel comfortable. Anytime I call with questions or concerns, I receive a prompt response. His utmost concern is for his patients. He takes pride to ensure each of his patients health care needs are met. I will continue to entrust my health and well being to Dr. Cook.

Dr. Cook is the best family physician that I have met. I took two annual physicals with him. Every time he went through the test results in detail and explained the implications. He cares and gives lifestyle suggestions. His home remedies always helped. The only improvement opportunity is to provide email contact.
