Called to schedule an appointment for a second opinion previously diagnosed by a different ophthalmologist/practice. Receptionist seemed as if I was wasting her time or annoyed when I explained my concerns to her. Cancelled my visit all together. Just wondering why new business wouldn't be encouraged and more welcomed.

They do not keep real office hours. Sign posted says that they are open Monday-Friday 9-5. Twice we have tried to pick up glasses on a Friday within business hours and they have been closed.
