Went to them after my car accident gave me two weeks off of work. So I took additional time that was unpaid, this doctor office sucks all the doctors need to be fired they suck and Bill you for absolutely nothing. Stay away from emergency or primary care there’s better pcp for your money

On on 1/29/21 I Razell Cortez Johnson had an appointment with my primary care physician Pamela Harrington at 12320 West broad Street Richmond Virginia Short pump bon secoure primary care physician my visit was regarding asthma I was born with asthma and I always have asthma issues during the cold season of winter my PCP primary care physician doctor Pamela Harrington prescribe me in a hell of medication to take twice daily morning and night it was the wrong medication I think called the facility back and spoke with someone who asked me irrelevant questions to the facts of what my concern was I explained to this person who was very argumentative and interrupted me every time I tried to explain why I was calling I've been because of person became very rude ended the call with that person I was trying to get the medication I needed which is the flovent inhaler I'll begin having more breathing issues far as tightness in my chest and wheezing mind you I was tested for covid-19 11 times each time I my test was negative I always use utilizing universal precautions when it came to being around people and when it came to germs germs is always been something that I was against I'm very well a germaphobic I do not like touching people I do not like people touching me I do not mean like being too close to people and I don't like people being too close to me I can't stand the dirty environment these are details I feel is necessary in this situation to know on January 29th 2021 I went to the hospital VCU MCV to the emergency department due to tightness in my chest I didn't have time to go to my doctor's appointment which I redid a visit all over again I actually I believe my visit or my doctor was actually the 28th of January I'm sorry and the very next day Friday I decided to go to the hospital due to tightness in my chest due to asthma I was later tested for covid the result for covid was negative during which time the ER doctor said that they believe my issue is strictly asthma is not covid related they believe that I should make a appointment with my primary care physician in which their recommendation I follow through with on Monday February 1st 2021 I'll call my doctor's office which is the address that I'm about to give you 12320 West broad Street Richmond Virginia short pump area primary care physician office I tried to make a scheduled appointment with my primary care physician Pamela Harrington I was told that she's only seeing people virtually and then asked the person if I could see someone else who would not be seeing anyone virtually I specified that I would like to see someone face to face regarding asthma and informed them that it was not covid related and informed them that I was not having any pains or aches that I was not having any loss of taste or smell and I was not having no symptoms of covid related pictures my issue was only asthma related due to my last appointment with my PCP primary care physician Pamela Harrington I was told to come in on February 1st 2021 at 1:30 for an appointment when I went in to the appointment approximately 1:10 p.m. I spoke with the desk clerk who was setting me up to meet with the doctor I filled out the required paperwork and then asked her what I'll be able to please get any information and which I can request my medical records she then hand me a piece of paper telling me to fill it out once completed to hand it back to her and she will tell me the next steps into obtaining my full medical records during which time I noticed a woman standing behind the lady the person who I was speaking with name was Sarah Sarah then told me that the person behind her was the supervisor Laura told me the visit was virtual when I was told that I can come in for face-to-face and explain to her that I had no symptoms explain to her that it was only asthma symptoms that I experienced which was only weaseling and tightness in chest while I was filling out paperwork for medical records Rover told me I needed to leave and she was calling security she was very rude and disrespectful and abused her power

After 15 days of vomiting, having to wear diapers because of incontince and abdominal pain I went here. After they took my blood and a ct scan They said nothing was wrong and sent me home. Not even fluids. Now I feel worse than ever and I have a massive bill thanks for nothing doctor dumars and bon secours short pump.

An appointment was made here because our other choice wasn’t accepting new patients. Called a week prior to verify date & time. Received no communication from the office, ever. No call to remind of appointment the day before, nothing. 11am appointment comes around and they tell us it’s canceled, while we’re in the office because the doctor isn’t there and they tried to contact us to cancel. We received no phone calls / voicemails or emails. I was asked to verify a # before she would tell me what # they called us at (which so happened to be the number I said) Hesitated when I made sure we werent going to be charged because they canceled it. Overall wouldn’t recommend, didn’t have any other experience other than them not communicating and not being sure of their own policies.

Been there three times this year. Each experience was as positive as can be possible. The staff was very friendly, kind and caring. Very convenient location for me.
