My son has been trying to been seen for months now. Had an appointment for February and they rescheduled for a virtual one but never called. We have been trying to contact them but keep getting put on hold. Until today, we have not been able to get in touch with no one. Very disappointed.

Kim Young is very rude and disrespectful. What I won't do is go back and forth with her over documents not sent! Looks like my doctor may be losing a patient!

I have been seeing the same doctor for 24 years now and while I love him and one of his nurses, I can’t stand the staff anymore. Getting them to call in prescriptions such as insulin takes WEEKS. As a medical assistant myself, I know it only takes a few minutes or even a fax over so it should only take a few hours or a day max. It’s also impossible to get appointments. I have asked to be seen by others and honestly I hate all of the other doctors besides maybe one nurse practitioner and my doctor. People are just not caring, rude, can’t get appointments, don’t listen, and they don’t do their jobs. It breaks my heart to leave but my heath matters to me. Advising this place if you value yours.

In trying to follow up on a prescription that was never called in, you can't talk to anyone within the doctors office, everything goes to a call center for Bon Secours. A poor way to do business when a patient is waiting on a prescription and the best thing the call center can do is provide a message to the medical office. In turn, they have a 24 hour window to return the call. Here we are waiting on the prescription and it will be Monday before we hear anything. Been waiting since Thursday.
