Cannot give enough stars! Staff is friendly, the office is warm and inviting. Dr. Neal is knowledgeable and works fast and efficiently. The Hygienist IS AMAZING she is kind and makes sure you are not in any pain. Recommend this office to everyone I can! They also have some of the coolest clocks you have ever seen!

I can't recommend Dr Neal, the hygienist and the staff enough. It's been years since the last time I've seen a dentist and they made me feel right at home. I've always dreaded going to the dentist but I can honestly say I don't dread coming here.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Who Does Your Teeth!! Found them online when I was looking for a dentist to fix my cracked tooth. They were able to fit me in quickly and went above & beyond in making me feel taken care of! I’m now a regular patient and have been so impressed with the entire staff! From the front desk, staff and Dr. Neal himself. They are the nicest people and you will love going to the dentist here!!

The staff at this practice are amazing! When I called to schedule my appointment, I knew I had chosen the right place. Adrian answered my call and got me into see the dentist right away. She answered any questions I had and made sure she ran my insurance before I came in so I wouldn’t have any surprises. Once I got there, I was welcomed by her and I felt at ease even though I was in pain. The doctor and his assistant were very patient. The doctor ensured that I left feeling better than I did coming in. I came in with pain at a 5 and left feeling no discomfort at all. I’m happy to find this practice and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. You won’t be disappointed!

I had an emergency dental problem that I needed to resolve quickly. My primary dentist is based a couple of hours away from the Greater Richmond area. I heard about Who Does Your Teeth from a few marketing emails that I received when I moved into my new apartment a few months ago. I decided to give this office a try and I am so grateful that I did; the experience I had truly exceeded all my expectations.nnWhen I arrived there, I was immediately greeted by all the front desk staff; they introduced themselves to me by name and gave me such a warm welcome I felt as though I had already been a patient for years. At every step of my procedure, from intake through treatment and payment, Dr. Neal and his team showed me a dignity, respect and level of service that I have not personally seen presented in quite some time. Even though I have never quite enjoyed going to the dentist, this was a time that I will treasure for years to come.nnIf you are unable to make it to your primary practitioner, I highly recommend that you go to Who Does Your Teeth.
