I wish there were more than 5 stars! Best dentist office in town! Excellent care from sign in to check out. The personal attention, state of the art equipment and, most importantly, knowledgeable and experienced staff at VFD Short Pump make going to the dentist a pleasure! Who knew that was possible?!?! *I am especially thankful for my hygienist, Lindsey, my dentist, Neil, and Jennifer, office manager and friend who takes care of all. the. things! I highly recommend them!!nWe actually moved this past year which put us literally next to another VFD location (which I’m sure is wonderful), but we drive the 30+ minutes to Short Pump because we love these guys that much!

Erica B. and Dr. Nguyen are extremely personable, genuine and knowledgeable professionals. I went in today for my first appointment at this office, and to say I was pleasantly surprised is a gross understatement. My previous dentist was a professional huckster who took no time to explain anything to me, but had dollar signs in his eyes every time I went in for a cleaning. What a joy it was to deal with dental professionals at the opposite end of the spectrum, who took the time to explain everything to me in an affable manner, with no guile or financial ulterior motive. This is a great practice, and I would encourage you to give them a shot if you are looking for a dental clinic with which you will be thoroughly impressed.

Ever since I was a little girl, I hated going to the dentist office. I'm sure I am not alone with that feeling. I took the advise of a good friend an made an appointment with VA Family Dentist because of tooth pain I was having. That was the best advise I ever received. Since that first visit, I no longer fear going to the dentist. I saw Dr. Tran, who is one of the best doctors I have encountered, anywhere. She is friendly, patient, and immediately put me at ease. Her main assistant, I'm sorry I don't remember her name, is just as wonderful. Those two make my visits comfortable, and most important, pain free. I whole-heartedly recommend Virginia Family Dentistry to anyone who needs a dentist.

My family and I have been going to this practice for years. Everyone is great! Very friendly and professional. And no one does a filling better and more importantly, faster than Dr. Ressler! If you are looking for a dentist, check them out!

I always have a positive experience when I am receiving care at Virginia Family Dentistry in Short Pump! I have been a patient with them since the 80’s. Everyone there is friendly and genuinely caring for my comfort. I have been seen by almost all the dental hygienist and I love them all! Dr. Turnage is an awesome dentist!
