Walgreens Pharmacy

Had a guy today in pharmacy didn't catch his name but was so helpful had a crisis went to lot of places

Standard Walgreens with all the usual services and merchandise, both pharmaceuticals and convenience store.

My son has migraine headaches nearly every single day due to multiple concussions while playing high school football at Christiansburg high school. He now has to go to a pain specialist in Roanoke to just try to regulate the pain, CVS pharmacy in CBurg proved to be inept at best besides getting mouthy with my wife in front of other customers. Needless to say I switched the whole families prescriptions over ro Walgreens 2 months ago, right from the beginning they had to wait till the next day to call the Dr.'s office to verify how the prescription was written, he is to take 1 half tablet to 1 tablet as needed. Well it's Friday and time for the refill and don't you know that they have to verify how the prescription was written AGAIN big problem there is thats going to be Monday, so he's going to have to just suffer through the weekend. I called them and asked for the pharmacy supervisor, she was absolutely no help at all so I asked for her boss which again she was no help either, besides the other supervisor talking loadly to her basically shouting institutions about what to say to me on the phone. What she didn't think that I could hear her?!?. Geez. I do however think that I can identify the biggest part of the problem, none of them sounded like rhey were any older than maybe 25 years of age, college kids in my opinion. Perhaps Walgreens pharmacy should consider hiring a professional pharmacist WITH SOME AGE THUS HAVING NOT ONLY PHARMACIST EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO SOME LIFE EXPERIENCE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SOME COMMON SENSE.
