It's a Friday night, my daughter and I decided to stop in because she was dying for wings. I'm not a big fan but heck why not, mother daughter time well needed. We were told to seat ourselves, ok cool. The waitress is a sweet girl, pleasant enough, but she never told us her name. We order fried pickles to start which are one of favs and they were lacking... They had a very rubbery texture to them. We ordered our wings extra crispy and they were all but undercooked. Sent those back around 11, it's now 1125 as I'm typing this after I was told it would take 12 minutes. Oh and let's not forget that the fries were cold and had no flavor. I do not recommend at all!!!

Great customer service, really good teriyaki wings and nice and clean in side. This particular location also has outdoor dinning available as well. I highly suggest the boneless wings with fries deal for $10

Ordered my wings today 10 a.m. for a pickup time of 8 p.m. I got there at 10 minutes till 8 and amazingly my wings were already done. I told the guy there was no celery and carrots in the Box and he said he didn't see them on my order but when you go online it specifically says celery and carrots come with the hundred pack of wings. He said the managers coming. When the manager came I asked her why are we arguing about a $1 or $2 pack of celery and carrots on a $120 order. I ordered wings from you every move for the UFC fights and every month you screw it up. This was the last time. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. When I got home my wings were lukewarm at best so I know you had prepared those things earlier then I asked for. Thanks for ruining my UFC night and I will never let it happen again. And by the way there were no drums only the outer wing. At least it Hooters you can specify how many you want to be section so you can't cheat me out of the drums

Horrible experience for the second time. I tried to give them a second chance I placed my order online and needed to make a change and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. I hung up and went up there and asked for a refund. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out and say they were an assistant manager and had to write down my info and when the manager that could issue the refund came in they would do so. Well it’s been over a week and still no refund. I tried calling a little early when they should not be busy just to get a busy signal. I will not be going back. They need better service I know times are hard but there were so many employees who just walked by and only two asked if they could help me and when the assistant manger did finally come out he didn’t even come to me right away after waiting 15 minutes he went behind the warmer and drink dispenser talking to employees. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to say something.
