Pipestem Drive-In Theatre

Wonderful drive in that my family and I have been visiting for over 20 years. The place has made some renovations over the years, but it still feels homely. The food is generally good, and I would totally recommend a visit if you're in the area. Quick tip: On Sunday you can pay for a whole car load of people instead of per person.

The first movie was perfect. When the second movie started, the screen was so dark that we couldn't see anything at all, only hear it. We did enjoy going though. My daughter's had never been to the drive in before.

Projector screen is smaller then usual, but did not effect our view or the fun time we had there! They serve amazing piping hot food that's worth the price, have some of the friendliest employees and just a great place all around. Only reason I took one star away is we were in the front row, sitting outside and every now and then a strong sewage scent would waft through every now and then.

It's a great drive-in movie experience! The people who run it are nice and it's very reasonably priced. They do second run type movies so you're not going to see the just released movies, but I love getting to experience movies that I saw when I was younger on a huge drive-in screen.

Fun way to spend an afternoon especially with everything closed down. The pretzels were really good and the prices aren't ridiculous. We will definitely be back!
