Very cleaned place. Custom order came perfect. Experience over all we were pleased. If a have to say, just the restroom were kind of dirty.

Let me say that the food here is always amazing. I normally have a great experience . But today I put in a curbside delivery. Unknowingly I watched an employee set my food down on a silver tray in the window. I waited about 30 min, other customers have come and gone by this point. I was trying to wait and be respectful, but I had to go, break was ending. So after watching the gentlemen bring out food to the other two vehicles I went in. I walked in and checked the names and sure enough my order had been sitting there almost 20 min. My pizza was lukewarm. My car description was on the bag, it even said on the ticket curbside pickup. I understand mistakes happen, but he passed it more than once. Please work on your process and procedures, because what you are currently doing isn't working. I wouldn't have been so upset if this wasn't the second time this has happened. When I called, the manager Rose was really sweet and wanted to remake it. So I appreciate her kind words and time

Received a chicken sandwich without any chicken in it...nnHave since ordered a few more times, and it's still a horrible location to order delivery from. I get mangled thrown together sandwiches, and they've managed to even send the wrong soup before. The sandwich below arrived cold, sloppy, soggy; and made incorrectly.

Love Panera. Had my order messed up twice but the process of getting that taken care of was a breeze ud83dude0c no hassle. There also are huge coy in the pond behind this Panera and I love it!

It's really nice to sit outside and watch the fish and ducks swimming in the pond at this location!
