Wells Fargo call service is terrible my bank account got hacked and someone stole almost 500 dollars from. The lady I spoke with had closed my account and opened up another but didn't dispute my claim I found out a week later. I called again to find out why my money haven't been refunded to me a man told me that someone didn't put a dispute on my claim. The man put me through so many questions and nonsense that he had to put me on hold to speak with his manager I have to go another week ( two weeks total ) without any money in my account Wells Fargo is going down hill with everything I do not recommend anyone to open an account with Wells Fargo.
