I waited for 1 hour and still nobody picked up. I wanted to check on my application status and they couldn't give me an answer. I waited for a letter, nothing came. I can't go to the doctors office and pick my prescription because they arnt giving me an answer. The workers are no help and have no clue what they are saying... When I told them I waited and I didn't want to be transfered, they said they couldn't do anything but transfer me, there I waited more than 50 mins and still nobody picked up.

I have been calling multiple times a week and wait over 1 hour on the phone to get hung up on??? They are takeing 100% of my check and I have my daughter 6 days a week so how am I the one who had to pay child support?? Makes no sense I feel that they take advantage of fathers like me I have proved my ex wife wrong so many times and they never do anything to help me .very sad and disappointed at dss

This place has become a coffee place. The workers there are rude lazy with to much attitude I have ever seen. I call them to ask why my son Medicaid terminated, one worker picked and talked rude and shouted at me on the phone as if I am a toddler, it’s getting worse day by day.

If I could post this review with less than 1 star I would. My wife and I have been trying to get Medicaid for our 1 years old daughter for the past 10 months. We have applied and been denied multiple times for and the reason is always the same. “They didn’t receive the paper work required” I assure you we have turned in every single document that has been requested called and emailed to ensure that the documents were received and in the right hand just to get the same letter in the mail. These workers are rude, lazy, and outright apathetic.
