Officer TW is terrible. He does not care, just a shell of a man collecting a paycheck.nnMy son was taken from me and I tried to file an incident report- simply to document the reoccurring unpredictability of his father. He refused. I had to escalate things to make it happen, when all he had to do was take the statement and document the incident. No matter what the situation, crime or no crime, someone should be able to report bad behavior. Sad part is, he was actually there the first time it happened. And he responded the second time months later. So even if he knew this was bad behavior that should be documented.nnI'm a nurse and can see how law enforcement is the same when it comes to protecting the interests of your client/ patient/ innocent citizens. Get it together and have some more compassion- also the attendee who was assisting w/ getting a report of the incident was rude. I get that you deal with the same situations every day and have to repeat yourself often but that's wrong. If I remember what her name was I would go more into detail. But you get the point. Y'all terrible.

I had to call Henrico County police to report a disturbance near by our community. They showed up quickly; but by then the party causing disturbance departed knowing police were called.nnI had to call non-emergency number to report a copper head snake on my driveway. They promptly dispatched animal control and they captured and transported it to a safe location.

Very nice. From the dispatch to the officers, very helpful. I was calling from out of state concerned about a family member. They were able to very quickly conduct a health and welfare check and get back to me. Thank you so much. It was more appreciated than I can ever express.

If i could give no star i would. I call for being harrased and threatened over the phone i have name address and phone number of person harassing me. An hour goes by and no officer shows i call back to b told that NO officer has been assigned to come to my home and that officers are busy taking care of REAL situations and they cant help right now to call when the girl sending threats is on the way to my home.....thanks officers hired to protect me .ur of no help
