The lobby is well kept, offices are clean. Bathrooms are very clean. Clients are seen on time. They make coffee available for those that drink coffee. His social worker is very engaged with him and very knowledgeable. The Doctors are attentive and know each patient as an individual. My son is mentally disabled and I feel very confident that they will attend appropriately to his medication and care needs . I highly recommend this office.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I missed my psychiatrist appointment so they closed my case. Now I can't get my effexor or seroquel. I have been sick and throwing up ever since. They shouldnt be aloud to make someone not be able to get their medications. They are terrible. Especially the East end location.

I camed here thinking these people was gonna help me they betrayed my trusted speaded rumors and leaked private info to other people they violated the hipa law they did nothing about it don't trust the herico police they are gullible

You can't rate this place when you are in a state of mental downfall. You take what you can, to get better. The drug that brought me out of my misery, was given to me by a doctor at Woodman rd..I agree pills don't solve everything. So I went to VCU for the rest of my problems
