If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. Biggest waste of time and money I have ever seen. DO NOT PAY ANY FEES HERE, they do not refund and on top of that do not notify you of the no fee waiver policy beforehand. The judge was rude and the sad part is if you sue a business for wrong doing they simply use stall tactics and side with the business to keep the tax money in the county. I am done with Henrico county and will never spend another dollar there. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND UNFAIR.

I had a case for an evidence hearing which was changed to a summary hearing without my knowledge. I subsequently lost the case. The clerk for the judge literally screwed me over. Horrible experience! In addition I was not allowed to enter in new evidence including a criminal act towards me in my workplace.

Every time I call they help me in a timely manner. It is a court clerk so don’t set your bar to high!

It's a court. I would rate it a 1 if I wanted to get started on the criminal justice program, but I'm not, so they get a 3. Online payments all cost 4% which is absolutely absurd in this day and age, get yall's act together

Super nice and accommodating in person, other than that it is a waste of time. Have rarely gotten thru on the phone and when I did nothing was done. Go in person and you'll get good service!
