Very nice and friendly officer. I went to Henrico county sheriff's office to file an Identity Theft report on my crazy and obsessive ex and the officer ( Ofc. CHRISTEN 1767) was very polite, sympathetic, and understanding. I'm just awaiting the call from him after he speaks with his supervisor about prosecuting this individual bc enough is enough. I will be more than willingly cooperative in helping to make this woman (Izola Alexander Powell) be held accountable for her actions.... even testify against her at court if need be! I’m tired of my life being ruined and struggling bc of others!

Called after hours because I found an extremely emaciated and hurt dog in the middle of the road and they refused to call animal control out to get it. Completely unacceptable.

I appreciate the supervisors and the deputies .. I was not locked down personally but my dad was’ all my questions and concerns where answered! They answered the phone every 10 times I called! Shout out the magistrate’nHe bonded out in no time and thanks to them for doing their job when people find their self in unfortunate situations! Life goes on

I called 911 on January 15 2020 to have a welfare check done on my youngest son age 17 and his stepmother. The police man called me to tell me that my sons father and older adult brother were fine and I explained that I didnt call to have those two people checked and that I would like it if he would please check on the stepmother and my youngest son. He blatantly refused and told me not to tell him how to do his job. I'm appalled that's absolutely disgusting behavior and hardly making certain that he protected and served. I'm making a formal complaint with the head of this department.
