Henrico County Circuit Court

Henrico county must make it a hiring requirement to be as rude and as flippant as possible. Literally have never seen a more unprofessional and backwater court system in my life. No accountability from anyone in the court system and out right hostility towards the public. Also pro tip send everything to them in triplicate because the inept staff will lose your paper work intentionally. The times are changing and hopefully these people will be done away with and replaced by real humans that actually care to do their job and fulfill their duty to the public. Until then beware the lizard people at Henrico county they all have a collective IQ of 4 and the personality of a garden rake to match.

Judge admits bias towards the employment commission and they are literally friends. I was assaulted in the workplace and he rules in their favor without considering new evidence including a police report! The courts protect the employment commission and the employment commission protects the employer. You have no rights! Disgusting

Terrible experience. I needed to drop off documents and pay my court fines and was told rudely that the clerks office does not open until 9 AM. Everywhere I looked online says 8 AM and it even has 8 AM printed on the window.

This court is a joke when you file for Warrant In Debt... I filed a case and I'm out of state plaintiff, judge didn't want to even look at the proof he said he cannot make a decision. What more evidence do you need if everything is provided you just need little more time to look at proof why one party is more right than the other party.
