I called in on Thursday and received an appointment on Tuesday.nHe is very personable. I felt very comfortable asking questions.nMost doctors I visit are impatient. There are more interested in making a profit than customer care. Elliott Freed didn't make me feel this way.

Dr. Freed is a great doctor. I appreciate that he gives me options for treatment as well as his opinion. However, the decision is ultimately mine. I've never had that kind of respect from a doctor in the past. His staff is great. I never feel like I am just another dollar here.

No nonsense doctor. Does a good job getting you in close to or sooner than your appointment. Takes time to explain his decisions.

Dr Freen and staff are all friendly, helpful, and expedient. Always get in and out in a timely manner. No sitting in a packed waiting room.

In a world of hurry up and fast pace Dr. Freed still gives the personal touch. He spends ample time with his patients and even calls himself with test results. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Such a change from the big office in Pearisburg where you see a different doctor each time you go there.
