I've been to Kaizo Health two times about 3 years apart. The first time was because I had bad whiplash from a car accident and this most recent time was because I had been having nagging, pretty severe lower back pain for months. Both times were a bit like magic. The dealt with my whiplash quickly and thoroughly so I never had an issue again. My back problem had nagged me for a long time and I wasn't overly confident in truly solving it, partly because back problems tend to run in my family. But within a week or two I was nearly pain free and a few weeks after that I was totally pain free and I have played golf essentially every day for the past 2 months plus I have a desk job where I'm sitting all day which used to bother me and I have had absolutely no pain. What a change.nnIn addition to actually solving my problem, they're just super nice and caring people. They seem to love their jobs and helping people and it shows.

This place is awesome! Hands down best physical therapy office I’ve been to. All the staff from Doctor to Techs is kind, patient, and understanding. 5 stars is not enough.

This is my 2nd time seeking for chiropractic care and it has been so much better than previous experiences. Both Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Gilmour are the best, they are very different and together make an excellent combination. Although I must say my favorite is Dr. Gilmour, her experience and knowledge are superior and have helped me getting better, stronger and healthier in ways no other doctor has. All the PT staff members are caring and professionals, I do have my favorites, but really, all of them make an excellent job at paying attention to your needs, your progress and especial care when needed. I'm really happy I found this place. At the beginning they give you a plan of recovery based on the physical exam you have on your first visit, after that they give you a list of appointments with an end date based on your recovery process, this is such an important thing to have when dealing with injuries, knowing there's an end to your treatment means there's hope you will get better and back on track, which I feel I'm accomplishing.

I just started my program today and I must say very impressive. To incorporate by chiropractic and physical therapy techniques is amazing. Looking forward to the end results a few weeks from now
