Excellent PT clinic. Tom is singularly outstanding. In years past I've had both hips and both knees replaced, so I have much more direct experience with physical therapists than most people. I''ve never had a therapist with such detailed knowledge and hands-on skill as Tom. He's able to feel problems in deep muscle layers and effectively manipulate them. He also developed a comprehensive exercise plan to strengthen and maintain the deficient muscles. If I need PT again, I'll go to Tom. Without a doubt, the best.

Jackson Clinics Oakton is the best: highly professional and efficient in terms of billing and appointments. The staff is totally tuned in to the patient, taking time to explain the therapy. Tom G has been a master at improving my arm function, and Thanh has amazingly enabled me to gain some strength back in my left hand. These guys are at the top of their class..

I have been using Jackson’s Clinics for three months now. Never missing an appointment. I recently changed therapist to get a second set of eyes on my pain. Today, the new therapist, Thomas Gallinaro, told me that I missed my appointment. That it was at 930AM. I told him that I had scheduled it for 10:00 AM. He proceeded to insinuate that it was my mistake and not the office. And that he could not rearrange his schedule to fit me in. I never asked him to do that by the way. I went home and found my notes I took when I originally scheduled the appointment And lo and behold it stated 10:00 AM on Wednesday. Not sure what happened with the mishandling of my original appointment time but at the end of the day he was wrong. He could of simply apologized for the inconvenience. But instead he chose to be condescending.

I have been in Physical Therapy with Thomas Gallinaro for the past 7 months. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is alway promptly ready at my appointment time and I have never had any confusion with dates/times. He is patient centered, has a very positive attitude and listens to what is going on with me and tailors my appointments to deal with my areas of weakness and informs me of how each session will progress. He has helped me so much after my car accident and I highly recommend him !!

After a decade of severe knee pain, Tom Gallinaro at Jackson Clinics has reduced my pain from a chronic 9 to a welcoming 2, after only two months of physical therapy! Tom worked with me to identify exact areas needing work, excelled at communication about levels of pain and how to manage, and talked to me and treated me as a person not as an insurance claim (which was my previous experience at two different physical therapy clinics). I highly recommend Tom and Jackson Clinics!
