Jamie has been a great PT from day 1! I was interested in PT postpartum and reached out to Jamie as I loved the flexibility of being able to see her at home (a big bonus when you have a newborn). Jamie is friendly and accommodating and, most importantly, has been integral in my recovery after giving birth! She has helped with lots of different aches and pains that have popped up postpartum (both expected an unexpected ones), and I feel more and more like myself after each session. I look forward to continuing to work with Jamie during future pregnancies/postpartum recoveries as well!

Jamie is one of the most talented physical therapists that I've had the pleasure to work with. Her expertise in pelvic health combined with her experience in orthopedic care makes her a powerful force to help people getting back to moving and feeling better. I'm happy to have found her and would recommend her to anyone dealing with aches and pains, especially if they''re postpartum.

I’ve been treated by a Jamie multiple times now for shoulder and back pain, and cannot say enough good things about her. She is Extremely knowledgeable and professional and her treatment has made such a difference. I was hesitant at first to dry needling, but together with her other treatment methods, it has worked wonders. Jamie also advised me on pelvic floor issues and thanks to her, I have received the medical care I need. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.

I was prescribed pelvic floor PT after my first postpartum checkup, but between COVID and just general newborn schedule chaos, I felt unable to seek out therapy that required me to go in for sessions. Having Jamie come to my home has made a huge difference in my ability to receive necessary care postpartum. I always feel very safe with regards to COVID and could feel improvements between each session. Scheduling has been easy and she’s been so flexible with the flow of treatment around the occasional child interruption. I appreciate that we begin each session with a holistic view of how I am feeling — she is knowledgeable about how things are connected and looks to treat the root cause instead of the symptom. I really appreciate her passion for pelvic health, especially for people who have given birth recently, and believe that pelvic health/therapy should be standard maternal/postpartum healthcare.
