The one star is for the staff! I called before making the appointment for my mom and was told that they accept her primary insurance and secondary (Medicaid) as well. After seeing the doctor, we were asked to pay the copay and when I mentioned that Medicaid would cover for it, I was told they don’t take Aenta Medicaid!! However, since it was their miskate they’ll wave the fee and never charge it. I left the office very pleased soon to be disappointed with a bill mailed for the copay! I called to verify and was told a different story! Bottom line, call your insurance and verify before you get trapped!!!!
