Dr. Cox is one of the best doctors (in any specialty) that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She really cares for her patients and takes the time to listen and ask questions about all aspects of medication management and mood. She makes me feel valued and important and never rushes me (even if I may talk too much at times!) It is rare to find a doctor so passionate, kind, and knowledgeable and I am so happy and appreciative to be in her care.

Excellent doctor. Always goes above and beyond to make things easy and convenient for his patients. Expertly treats issues with appropriate and sufficient medication). Would highly recommend for any addiction or mental health issues. Thank you Neuropsych Wellness Center !!!

In the beginning the place was great The nurse practitioner Ms. Cox was awesome even though she came to my appointment 10 minutes late often times. I liked the way she organized the appointments. She was very thorough. When It came to letters of recommendations, or any note from the doctor that I needed the billing department would not let me know how much the latter would cost until after the service has been written. Please be advised you do not know how much you’re going to be paying for the letter until this letter is done. They did not do a great job.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Dr. Wall is the worst psychiatrist who has treated me in over 10 years. She does not have any interest to help, she is cold, shows zero empathy for me as a patient and charged my insurance for 2 appointments that I didn’t even schedule. She really shows that she does not care about my mental health issues and only care about the money. I would not recommend this place at all.

I only have experience with Suzanne Cox, but it has been nothing but wonderful working with her. She is respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. I highly recommend her.
