I spent quite some time trying to find the best dermatologist in the area for my mom and Dr. Valentin proved that she really is the best. Scheduling an appointment was easy and I received reminder emails/texts ahead of time. The nurse who checked us in was patient and kind. She took down all the questions my mom wanted to discuss with the doctor. Additionally, we only had to wait a few minutes for the doctor to arrive.nnDr. Valentin is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very comfortable. She addressed every single one of my mom's concerns (this was her first time going to the dermatologist) and was able to do a biopsy for her on the spot. Each person we encountered never made us feel uncomfortable about the fact that my mom needs me to translate for her (some other doctors/nurses/offices have in the past). Sometimes, Dr. Valentin even asked if I wanted to translate something before she proceeded. I am so grateful to Dr. Valentin and her amazing staff for making this such a stress-free and productive visit

2 months ago for the first time I visited this dermatology clinic. I have hormonal and cyst acne. I wanted to get it of or controlled. So, I searched online the “best dermatologist on my area” and Dr. Monica Valentin is one of them.nShe is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. It was a quick visit but the treatment she recommended is working very well. My Hormonal acne has been controlled and I don’t get painful cystic pimples anymore. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Monica. Thank you so much. I truly recommend her, the staff is kind, helpful, and friendly.

Dr. Liu & Elliott were amazing. They made me feel very at ease & explained everything. Both have a very good bedside manner & I can’t thank them enough for their treatment. Would come back in a heartbeat if I ever needed similar services again in the future.

I’ve been going here for over a year and have nothing but good experiences with this practice. I’ve seen nothing but positive results from my treatment and I’m much more comfortable with myself as a result. During my appointments I’m seen promptly with very little wait and the discharge process is equally efficient. In the time of Covid, proper protocols have been implemented to keep all patients safe which I sincerely appreciate. Dr. Valentin is nice and knowledgeable as well as the staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Valentin and Ms. Kari were very patient and empathetic with my issue. They listened intently and gave me all the time to express my concern. They unambiguously and in layman's terms explained the process on how they were approaching my problem. I am truly glad and confident that I have a terrific healing team on my side.
