I have been going to Dr. Kim since I moved here 2 years ago. He is a great Dr. very caring and honest with me and that is what I want. His staff is awesome. I believe he is the best I have gone too. Never been a big fan of Doctors, but I am of him.

If I could give zero stars I would. The doctors and nurses are rude and rush you out the door. I got blood work done last year and when they called to tell me my results there was absolutely no mentioning of any remaining balances due. They never gave me a call, email, etc letting me know that I had a bill. The only reason I found out I did was because they decided to send my bill to collections and I got a lovely debt collector contacting me. I find this office to me extremely unprofessional and absurd. I pay my debts and bills on time but how am I suppose to know I have to make a payment if there is absolutely no communication?!nnI have never been so flabbergasted by a doctors office before and in the worst possible way. I highly recommend finding yourself a different doctors office and to stay away from this one unless you want horrible communication and no empathy. They are just money hungry and cold people.nnOh and peep how they don't even respond to reviews, it's because they can careless. I usually try to see the silver lining, but for them to send my bill to collections without even notifying me is just ridiculous.

Dr. Michael D. Kim has been the primary care physician for me and my family past ten years. With his knowledge and experience, and his understanding of two different culture of Korean and American - he is bilingual, he has been providing steadfast service and kind care that is outstanding. He is generous with his time and his answers are always assuring. He is thorough with his explanation and always tries to be sensitive to the concerns I and my family have. Also, his office staff members are courteous and understanding. I have witnessed more than once how the staff treated patients with respect even when they were out of line with a lack of understanding of how insurance works. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest and caring doctor.

Doctor Kim is the best family doctor in this area. I had issue with my nose and could not breath well. I visited couple of doctors but they did not tell or explain anything to me. Doctor Kim kindly explained what is going on and gave me right medicine. Finally, I got better and I really appreciate Doc.Kim

This is a corrupt doctor. He preys on the elderly and writes addictive prescriptions without proper consult. He has routinely put my parents lives in danger. Ultimately, he ended up causing the death of one of my parents. Please, if you are currently a patient, discontinue going to him. There are plenty of other doctors in this area but he keeps practicing because he creates drug addicts. This man
