Dayspring Travel

In August 2019, my wife and I decided to take a vacation we had been thinking about for several years, an 11-day cruise/tour to Hawaii with Norwegian Cruise Lines. Because we wanted to make sure we got it right we contacted Julie Waldo with Dayspring Travel. Julie immediately began adding value by taking care of the booking process with NCL, offering advice for items we chose to do ourselves (flights and shore excursions), and arranging for several options to be included NCL told us were unavailable. Then, five weeks before departure, COVID-19 struck…the cruise was cancelled, and Hawaii was closed. Undaunted, Julie worked with us and NCL over the following four plus months to ensure we received all credits and refunds. For all the time we worked with Julie, she was professional, courteous, patient, responsive to our needs and desires, and well connected to and knowledgeable of, the industry.
