I had not found a dentist in the area yet but I had this horrible pain in my mouth. I called and this dentist took me the same day I called. That alone made me so happy. When arriving they had excellent protocols in place for COVID including a screening and temperature checks. The staff ALL staff from checking in, to the dentist, to the hygienist, all the way to check out with the wonderful ladies I experienced top notch customer service. It is not easy having to go to a new dentist but everyone made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. I could go on and on but bottom line is if you need a dentist this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

My family has been using this practice for over 20 years. Although the practice changed ownership several years ago from Hoffman Dental Group, ALL of the staff (front desk, hygienists, assistants, dentists/specialists) have continued to take great care of my family's dental needs.nnFront desk staff is always smiling, patient, friendly, helpful to address questions, and great at making multiple simultaneous appointments.nnThe hygienists have thoroughly and gently cleaned my kids' baby and now permanent teeth and have watched them grow up. Thank you all for your personal attention, from letting them know what spots they have been missing to noticing how tall they've gotten!nnThank you Dr. Nguyen for the careful attention you put into my now two teenagers and one young adult child's beautiful smiles. I appreciate you and your staff's education and encouragement of my kids when it comes to taking care of their teeth in braces.nnI finally decided it was time to replace my dental appliances and Dr. Wang was excellent. He was very careful to ensure my appliances were constructed properly and fit comfortably when finally delivered to me. His attention to detail during the process extended beyond ensuring, not only the function and fit of my appliances, but also the esthetics and a natural look.nnI am very happy with Dental One Associates and the staff that has continued to provide high quality dental care for my family!

Dr. Nikki Nguyen is amazing. She wants your teeth to be perfect and she has the skill set to make them that way. But she is also considerate of your budget as well. She always provides the pros and cons of any suggestions she makes and tells you how much it will cost. She did an Invisalign treatment on me (it took 18 months) but I am so happy with the results. I recommend Nikki to anyone who wants super ortho and a great person too.

I've been a customer since 1989 and the service remains as good as ever. The dentists and staff are all helpful and knowledgeable and my procedure is going just fine. Everyone is professional and operating as safely as possible given the pandemic.

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked repeatedly for a quote for a particular service I needed done. They gave me 3 completely different prices. When I asked why I wasn't getting a consistent price they told me they would call and confirm the price with my insurance, but never did and just sent me the most expensive and innacurate quote again. I finally went down the street to another dentist office and they are charging half the price of this place. So I cancelled my appointment with this place and asked for my dental records. I asked for my dental records last week, filled out and returned their request forms within minutes of getting them AND sent a reminder this morning and STILL no records. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They don't care about you.
