wifi been on and off for a whole week ud83dude10 not the router bc i just bought a brand new one and they haven’t sent anyone to come check it for 3 days

I called lumos an hour before they were closing to let them know that our TV and internet was out. After trying all of their solutions over the phone they told me they could not fix the TV or Internet until Friday. now this is Wednesday tomorrow is Thanksgiving day and I have family coming and we will not be able to watch the parade football and no one will be able to get on their iPads. Terrible company. Said they get to us some time on Friday.well I hope they enjoy going home and watching their TV and getting on the Internet for the next three days.

When you go in they seem to be nice, but their Segra call service is awful as is their Telecheck service. Both have caused a lot of headache and inconvenience over minor issues. Every time I call Segra they transfer me around a minimum of three times up to five, and it usually takes 30 minutes to get a simple question answered. It seems impossible to speak to the people in the actual Covington store over the phone, which is what I tried to do this last time since I had a specific question for them. I also was unhappy with the store management over this last issue because they sent me the form and check they had me hand deliver to them right back to me in the mail over an issue with the check and their check system, so now I have to drive it all 20 minutes back down there since I can’t get in touch with them about the issue. I wish they would have just given me a call when they discovered there was a problem. Very frustrating company to deal with considering the cost of their service.

Been a member for almost 15 years as rates increase because choices are slim. They setup fiber optics and stop 1/2 mile from my place because you have to be someone special to be catered too i suppose.
