My friend and I ordered our gender reveal cakes here. We each individually called separate and ordered the right one. Day of pick up I was in charge of getting both of the cakes because they were both white on the outside. The very first thing I said when I approached the baker was I am picking up BOTH my cake as well as my friends so please take off any recipe or any indication that would give it away to me. She understood and proceeded to write my name on my order and my friends name on her order. A young man who I assume to be a deli worker walked over to her and then out to hand the cakes with me, he then tells me “this one is pink and this one was blue” I knew my friend was having a girl so instantly learned that I was having another boy. We ended up canceling gender reveal party do to the emotional turmoil it caused us. The baker responded to the deli boys comment and said “Im soryy.. If you have any questions just give us a call”
If you ever won't to get ahold of the Walmart Bakery in Lindon you can't. I have called 3 times and every time I get put on hold on a transfer call for 10 minutes and then someone picks up and tells me that no one is on there. Every time I called it said that the bakery was still open but no one is there. Walmart make the phones work! Figure it out!!!
