Highly advise anyone not to book from this locations. If you book online, there is absolutely zero change they will have a car available. The year is 2021, and in the market of competitive car rental companies, not having online availability is insane! They will not honor any only bookings if they don’t have cars. No wonder Hertz as a company is doing so poorly

Worst service, tried to call many times no one answered, once I got here still no one here. Had to wait about 20 minutes, at the end could not even rent the van, I am surprised how the person still has a job ??? Worst of the worst service. Do not go there

“You cannot expect the car to be there if you booked it”nThe most ridiculous response from a rental desk. Rude, unprofessional and inadequate.

Called me in the morning to verify that they were going to pick me up. Only to be told they need to call me back. I waited at the body shop for two hours stranded with no phone calls and no one answering their lines. Worst customer service in the world. Why do you even work if you’re that incompetent and can’t do your job properly. Absolutely horrible, the least you could’ve done was let me know that no one was coming to get me. I will be complaining to hq because you suck.

Austin was great! Paperwork was accomplished quickly. The van was clean inside, the windows had been cleaned and the van has llow mileage. Will definitely rent through this Hertz office again.
