Today myself, my 2 year old son and my 7 year old daughter went into the store to see if they had a pair of the new Costa Diego sunglasses. They did not have them. The girl was really nice and looked on her computer to make sure they did not have them. In the few minutes we were in the store myself and my daughter tried on a few pair of glasses and then left the store. About 5 minutes later in the middle of the mall the same girl that helped us walked up to us and said do you have some sunglasses for me? I didn’t know what she was talking about but she then went on to say that a pair my daughter tried on was missing and that they have cameras. We walked straight back to the store with her and looked to see where the pair was missing from. It was right beside the pair my daughter tried on. She looked at the camera several times and told me it was kinda hard to see if they were there when we were in the store. I told them they need to look back before us because we didn’t take them. They were not mean to us but I didn’t like that they just assumed that my daughter took them without being able to see them on the camera. We stayed in the store for about 5 minutes before another worker yelled out that she found them on the opposite side of the display where someone else had put them back in the wrong spot. My daughter was scared that she was going to be in trouble for something she didn’t do. Thank god they found them. After this We left the store and will not be going back. The girls were nice but not very sorry for falsely accusing us of stealing a pair of what ended up being misplaced glasses.

Great service from the ladies there. Well worth the money to have someone stand there and show you every frame in the store until you decide on a pair you like. Then if you need them fitted to your face they are glad to do that before you leave AND they'll clean your lenses if you stop and ask nicely. Try getting that at walmart.
