Social Security Administration-Phone Service Only

I have been there multiple times to arrange my transition to retirement. The staff were totally proficient and pleasant to work with. Subsequent changes were a breeze. They are the citizen’s advocate to get it done right.

Not very dependable supposed to call today sat by the phone till 3:15 but no one call had appointment at 9:05 they called the wrong number now I have to try and make another appointment
