Today was my first visit to this facility. I went to the one in Dublin because my doctor's office was closed. I was honestly surprised at the great service that I received! The staff was was FANTASTIC! The care was complete and fast. Rachael Anderson (not sure if she is an MD, NP, etc.) was amazing! She was kind, professional, and honestly seemed to care (a refreshing change from our normal office). I will definitely use this office again should a need arise.

I just wanted to take some time out of my busy day to say Thank You to Dr Jessica & Nurse Donna for taking care of my friend Hazel.nHazel isn’t family by blood but is by the heart.nMy family has knew them for years, my kids goes up to their house to help take of the furry babies & to carry wood in for them. Hazel was so pleased with the care she received from the ladies she has went on & on about how much knowledge Dr Jessica had & Nurse Donna had the patience of no other nurse. Both of them were so sweet & they made her feel comfortable & most of all they listened to her. Hazel has worked over 47 years @ the Homestead and she told me that customer service & first impression is what makes or breaks a company. Hazel was very impressed with Donna taking time to clean & apply some cream to the area where her dog had nipped at her leg yesterday morning. Especially since that’s not why she was even there. I try to remind my children that it only takes a few seconds & a smile to brighten someone’s day. I asked Hazel if she would like me to write a review & she said YES. Thank you ladies for all the love & being so caring. I hope that the owners are aware of how awesome you both are. Have a great blessed day.

Arrived at this office 35 minutes before they closed. After at least 5 minute on hold on my phone was told 2 patients in front of me & they closed at 4 & could not see me. Mind you they were still open for 30 more minutes. I will be reporting this conduct & blatant patient neglect

Longest wait with an empty waiting room and then gonna still take someone else back before my sick child. So much for trying to support local businesses. I could have driven to medexpress in. Roanoke been seen and driven back home faster than what we were seen here. SMH never again.

Just got home from taking my 6 year old to be seen for possible flu. Was turned away because they said I owed a bill that I can prove I did NOT owe! It’s one thing to turn away a sick adult, but the office manager came out and told me either to pay the $30 again or leave. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for turning away an obviously sick child! Went to bath co physicians in Covington and got treated with caring and attentiveness and they’re working her in. My family will NEVER go back to urgent care in Covington. It’s always something! They want to push tests you don’t need or want to be hateful rude people. Can’t give a 0 star rating or I would!!!!
