Went for an eye exam as a new patient, and Dr. Partain could not have been nicer or more helpful. He confirmed the details of my insurance coverage, answered all my questions, discussed options, took notes on my scrips to help keep everything straight, and was generally just extremely nice and polite. The office was also very clean and did more cleaning while I was there. Great experience, and very much appreciate the extra effort.

Dr. Partain has been my optometrist since I got glasses! (13 years!) He is always so kind and so knowledgeable! I honestly do not know what I will do when he retires..

Awful receptionist very rude.I asked why she was being rude and she said I’m closing up so I guess that gives her the right to be rude, will never deal with them ever.
