I booked this hotel for our wedding night and was expecting a bed and breakfast feel, but you pull up and it’s in the back of a strip mall. Definitely not what we were expecting! The room itself wasn’t terrible, it just wasn’t worth what we paid! We stayed in the Tahiti room and they really tried to make it authentic, but the sand on the floor when you walk in just doesn’t seem sanitary! The best thing about the room was the tub, it was really large! It did take 45 minutes to fill up but that’s to be expected! A few other negatives I couldn’t get past were, the fish tank light in the floor doesn’t turn off, we put a blanket over it to try and make the room darker so we could sleep! I also didn’t love that the bathroom was a stall, set to look like a bamboo stall, just not a lot of privacy! The bed also was not very comfortable, but that’s like most hotels! Last thing we were super excited for breakfast to be delivered to our room and it sounded so good! It really ended up tasting all like they slapped it in the microwave! Overall this place wasn’t the worst and I think they’ve tried, but if you’re looking for a themed room experience you can get rooms at the anniversary inn for the same price and I think they seem more authentic.

We have stayed here many times and have almost stayed in every room. Breakfast has improved for sure and the rooms are very nice. The staff is always pleasant to interact with. Thanks for another great staycation!

We love the bed and breakfast experience. We have been to some great places over the years. We were hoping this one would be nice too. We stayed in the Cancun room for two nights this weekend. It is our 8th anniversary and we wanted to get away. We booked the room through Hotels.com. We weren't given any information about how to check in. We tried calling but got no answer and no call back. I sent messages through the website and still no answer. I did finally get a message back after senting them a message on the Facebook messanger app. The room seemed nice at first glance. There is absolutely no natural light for this room. Making it seem closed off. We soon noticed how drity the ceiling tiles were and that there were many imperfections that just made the room unfinished. There are seats and tables and furniture everywhere that makes the room cluttered and mostly unusable. I sat down in the hammock chair and was instantly confronted with fake plants dumping dust on me. I bumped the mirror above the bath and saw black mold growing. The bed was not bad but the very thin blanket provided very little warmth. We actually went out to Target and purchased our own comforter to sleep with, an $90 purchase that should not have been needed. Breakfast is a one hit wonder. You get the option of "yes" or "no" on breakfast. Its the same thing every day. We left our first day while the room attendant was cleaning some of the rooms. We put the sign up to have her clean our room and she ignored it. We came back and I had to make the bed etc. The bathtub and the sink drained so slowly that it was an hour before the bath was done draining. There is only one trashcan in the room and that's in the bathroom. There was also no soap for the room other than hand soap. Something else we had to purchase ourselves. There is a few things set out of the rooms like food and items you might need like more towels and shampoo etc. But they are first come first served and most everything was picked through by the time we arrived. Overall we were not impressed

This was an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast! We stayed it the Tahiti room and loved it. We will definitely be coming back again. The only thing I didn't like was not having access to the thermostat but they do have a portable heater in the room that helped warm it up.

The idea of this place sounded really fun for an anniversary get away for me and my husband before we have our baby. We stayed in the Tahiti room, my biggest complaint was there was a wedding happening there that same evening and I really wish I was made aware because there was NO parking so walking that far being 39 weeks pregnant was very annoying and so was all the people and kids playing and talking RIGHT outside our window. I get it's a venue too but I think your other guests should be notified before booking... The room was also pretty disappointing the fish tank had one fish, the bathroom was just a bamboo door so there was no privacy, the TV wouldn't work so we tried the movies which were all very outdated, the tub had some issues with the shower head part, the breakfast was bad it all tasted microwaved and the pillows were dirty or stained... I was definitely expecting more for what we paid
