Karen was SUPER nice! Full of great ideas of places to visit and things to do. Really appreciated her local knowledge!

If you are visiting definitely check this place out! Lots of great info. I didn't get the ladies name working there but she was friendly and full of great information.

So beautiful.

Great variety of hot and cold continental breakfast, very kind and helpful staff( especially housekeeping ), room very neat and clean with all amenities. Just disagree/did not like, after paying for room, having to also put down a $200 deposit. You do get that back immediately when you check out but most of the time when traveling and/or on vacation, after you have made reservations at a particular inn, you are surprised when checking in that you have to also put down a deposit. This may have been on the website in small print and if so I do apologize. On another note, requiring a deposit of any amount, would most definitely deter those folks that take towels, sheets, etc and/or do damage to the room and/or the furniture, TV etc.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They love helping folks find out about Staunton. A large collection of available printed material--both business and city. I live here now and stop by regularly for up to date info.
