I couldn't even get an appointment!!! I called to set up an appointment. Spoke to Vicky and told her I'm a new patient looking for a PCP. She said do we have you medical records? I told her no. She said they require medical records before they can set up an appointment. I said I don't have any records because I haven't had a PCP for over 20 years. My old doctors office is no longer standing. She said I don't know what to tell you, we require records first. Never in my life have I heard of such BS!

Best physician's office I've ever been to. The office staff is at the top oh their game. Zi actually enjoy going to the doctor there. Dr Kelly listens to your problem and gives a well thought out decision regarding the best course of treatment for your problem.you are not rushed in and out as so many physicians do. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful office.

Dr. Elizabeth Goff is great! She takes the time to listen to you and is not rushing out the door as you are trying to talk. She is also very prompt and responsive to messages. The only issue I have with this office is their requirement to receive medical records first. That delayed the process for me to get an appointment and so far my husband has not been able to get an appointment for that very reason since he has not had a primary care doctor for many years. He ended up making an appointment elsewhere and I guess will transfer those records next year to satisfy this ridiculous polocy. They really should update that policy, especially right now with COVID-19 and doctors offices are busy enough without me bugging them to transfer records to my new office.

Extremely caring staff. The doctors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about any ailments. Also easy to get either a next day or same day appointment.

I love Forest Family Physicians! Christi Billings is the best doctor there! She's compassionate,understanding, and actually takes the time to listen instead of trying to get you in and out of her office!
