Dr. Waller has been helping me cope and manage my pain. I've been hit by 5 drunk drivers and I have had a dozen surgs and last pm Dr was injured and retired after helping me for 8 yrs. After looking n looking for a Dr who truly cared about my health issues with NO luck at all, i finally got to see Dr. Waller. She's been a blessing and truly cares about helping me. Her staff is 1st class n caring as well, very courteous and kind. I thank God daily for putting Dr. Waller in my life. She works carefully to help relieve my pain and understands and listens to me. Keisha n Tameka are incredible and I finally feel like I have a Dr n group that truly cares. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to Dr. Waller n staff. God bless you all.

Dr. Waller is the best pain management Dr I've had. I met her after my original dr broke his back n retired. She's well aware of all my injuries n surgeries I've had over 20 yrs, and she has been very understanding, she has a passion for wanting to help others. Don't try take advantage of her, she sees thru any unworthy treatment for chronic pain. Now my insurance is playing Dr and telling Dr. Waller what to prescribe, the new med makes me very I'll. I've told her and insurance what n how it makes me feel and its horrible. I've been miserable for 10 days now. The insurance approved changing back to my normal med, then Saturday pharmacist said no. Monday insurance said they simply needed the dr to call them and tell them how its making me feel, in more detail then they will ok the switch, back to my old med that works and is 10s cheaper. Go figure that one. So now I'm waiting for Dr. To speak to insurance, then pharmacist will fill it and ins will pay for it. But Dr. Waller is always aware and takes the best possible care of you she can even tho the insurance company thinks they are drs. I feel horrible, with bad side effects, simple. Idk how much more in detail I can be. I could be very descriptive, but that's not what they need to know. Not their business to what extent the med makes me feel. Other than very sick n a cpl examples. That's good enuf. Dr Waller is caring, and passionate about helping. The staff, AWESOME!!!!!

I went to Dr. Waller a few years ago. After waiting 3 months to be seen, my first appointment was scheduled for 8am and her office staff didn't open the doors until after 9am. She did everything in her power to push me off to someone else, with out a referral, because I was not willing to take any medications after 1- 2 months if it was not working. She also had really pushed for me to fill and take narcotics in her Pharmacy (that's located in her office). She claimed that I owed her $60 of co-pays for visits, with her. When I had proof that it was paid. They threaten to send it to collections if I did not pay, and I found out from my insurance company that I did not own anything. I never got anything from a collection agency. I have since learned from many patient she's had. That all she does is get people hooked on narcotics and does nothing for their pain or to get them clean.

Dr Waller is truly a great Dr as well as a caring and compassionate person. If you listen to what she says you will see this. If you go in looking for a solution for your pain she will always help with the best solution. If you go looking for drugs, forget it!

Dr. Waller is a delightful person and an excellent doctor. I would be dead if not for her. She understands intractable pain and I feel like she really cares about me.
