My daughter hurt her ankle playing volleyball. I called them right before they closed and they agreed to stay open late so she could get an x- ray. They were all so nice, helped my daughter out to our car while I finished payment. Great experience (considering her ankle was fractured ud83dude1c).

The treatment itself is good. The process was turtle slow though. There were about 4-5 people in the waiting room, total including myself and my husband. We waited for about 3 hours total for everything. We waited for about 1.5 hours in the waiting room, only to be moved to the private room to continue waiting for another hour. They did take care of him and the staff was nice!

I took a family member there around 2:30pm. Considering the current health crisis, the wait time was reasonable. They are offering more options (virtual, appointments) than the just walk-ins. I appreciated that, but keep that in mind when you go. The staff was exceptional. From the person meeting us at the door to seeing the physician. Everyone we interacted with was polite, patient and professional. Thank you PTC for being there for us!

I had an appointment at 12 Pm today. I checked in and waited in my car. After waiting until around 1:20 Pm I left. I am borderline diabetic and just needed Blood work done. FRUSTRATED. By the way I was called at around 1:30 but I was across town by then. Most of the time PTC performs better than today.

Waited 2 hours/ still waiting........nnand the staff wasn't very helpful or nice. Very disrespectful
